Villa Farm is set in the open countryside in the village of Bressingham, close to the picturesque market town of Diss. Surrounded by open fields and sitting in five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and large pond, home to many fish, chickens and waterfowl, this makes an ideal setting for a most relaxing stay whether you are in the area for pleasure or business. For those with a passion for fishing, we can offer private fishing from our two large landscaped ponds stocked with coarse fish.All rooms are individually decorated and have a king size bed with either an ensuite shower-room or private bathroom. They are centrally heated and all have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and a clock-radio. WiFi access available. Rooms are finished to a high standard, very spacious and look out over the gardens. Our rates include a delicious Full English breakfast served with free range eggs from our own hens.We are ideally located for exploring what both Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer. Close to the world famous Blooms of Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum, Banham Zoo, Snetterton Racing Circuit and the historic city of Norwich with excellent shopping. The market town of Diss also offers many independent shops with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes.Unfortunately we are unable to cater for children or pets and we operate a non-smoking policy throughout the house, however a designated area is available outside.All rooms are on a cash only basis for payment please.

Villa Farm is situated off the A1066 between Diss and Thetford. Turn off the A1066 in Bressingham into School Road (turning is close to the ChurchThe Chequers Public House). Proceed to the end of this road, then straight over the staggered cross roads into Folly Lane and then Ladys Lane. Continue along this road until you reach a triangle of grass, DO NOT bear off to the left at any point. Turn right at this point, Villa Farm can be found on the left, approx 400 metres.
